I was born in Lichfield in 1988 and educated in Burntwood. I was always keen on sport and was a member of the school netball and hockey teams. I also played hockey for Bloxwich Ladies.

I danced both ballroom and Latin American in competitions and achieved gold bar level in both. I stopped competing when my dance partner, aged 11, discovered football but I carried on dancing.

After leaving school I attended Stafford College where I gained a National B-tech in sports science, leaving after 2 years and starting work at Esporta in Stafford. For the past 3 years I have worked as an instructor at Newport Fitness Centre.

I have continued my training and have gained levels 1,2 and 3 NVQ in advanced personal training and have also completed training courses and qualified as an Exercise to Music and Zumba instructor and I am registered with Zumba.

I live in Childs Ercall, a small village between Market Drayton and Newport and last year was one of the founder members of Childs Ercall 'no balls' rounders team.

My ambitions are to be healthy, keep fit and have a good time, at my fitness classes I can fulfil all of these in one go so why not share my passion and join me at one of my classes. I look forward to seeing you.
